ABOUT REEL TALK SOUTH BAY:
Stephen Farber, president of the Los Angeles Film Critics Association and a writer for many national publications, is host and producer of the immensely popular Reel Talk film series, which has run in west Los Angeles for over 25 years and is back again for a second year in the South Bay. The series allows you to be among the few people in the United States to see exciting independent and foreign films BEFORE their wide release in theaters. There will be stimulating discussions with filmmakers and film critics after the screenings.
The Reel Talk series is a separate and independent series from the regular films shown by The South Bay Film Society at the AMC Rolling Hills theater. Reel Talk South Bay is presented by Stephen Farber in partnership with Randy Berler (The South Bay Film Society) and with Carol Pleatman.
