On the day of your screening, you will have a 4-hour window to start watching the film (be sure to know your window in Pacific time).   Once started, you have 4 hours to finish the film and any bonus content.   Note: there will be a watermark of your name torwards the bottom of the screen for security against piracy (since you are being given early access and only a small number of people are being allowed to watch now).

A tender and sweeping story about what roots us, MINARI follows a Korean-American family that moves to an Arkansas farm in search of their own American Dream.   The family home changes completely with the arrival of their sly, foul-mouthed, but incredibly loving grandmother.   Amidst the instability and challenges of this new life in the rugged Ozarks, MINARI shows the undeniable resilience of family and what really makes a home.

5 OSCAR NOMINATIONS!

“A staggeringly powerful story of the American dream!” – Indiewire

“Count MINARI among the very best movies of 2020 already, for all its endearing cheekiness and affecting virtues, the greatest among them being honoring human resilience.” – Carlos Aguilar, The Wrap

OTHER FAQ:

I didn’t get a confirmation email.   What do I do?
It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, the screening is sold out, or there was an issue with your email.   Double check your spam folder in case your confirmation email was filtered.   If you don’t see your ticket in your “My Tickets” list, please reach out to A24 Films using their chat feature on the bottom right of their ticket page, or email them at support@a24films.com.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is A24 Films cancellation and refund policy?
Sorry, all tickets are final and non-refundable.   If you’re having an issue with your screening, please contact A24 Films through the chat in the bottom right of the ticket page or email them at support@a24films.com.

Do I have to watch the film at a certain time?
Yes, your ticket has a designated time range and a limited viewing window.   If your ticket is for 7 – 11 pm EST (4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Pacific time), you can start the film at any point during that window.   Once started, you will have 4 hours to view the film and any bonus content.

I can’t remember which screening my ticket is for, what do I do?
You should have received a confirmation email with your ticket information after you completed your purchase.   You’ll also get a reminder email the day of your screening, and you can find your tickets by opening the menu at the top of the page, and clicking “My Tickets.”

Why is there a countdown next to my ticket, and on my screening?
That’s the countdown to your screening start time.   Once you purchase your ticket you’ll be able to visit the screening page but you won’t be able to access your screening until the designated start time.

Why is my name on the movie?
Your screening is overlaid with your name to protect against piracy.   Additionally, each user’s individual video stream is invisibly watermarked and identifiable to that user.

Can I pause and rewind a film?
Yes, you can pause your film and resume during your viewing window.   Please keep in mind that you will have 4 hours from your designated screening start time to watch the film and any bonus content.

How many times can I watch the film?
You have 3 views of the film within your screening’s viewing window, in case you need to refresh the page or have any issues.   Once you’ve started playing the film, you’ll have 2 views remaining. Playing the video from another device or refreshing your browser and playing the video again will use an additional view.

Is there any bonus content that comes with my ticket?
Yes, each screening has an introduction and a Q&A.   Please keep in mind that you will have 4 hours from the time you start to watch the film and any bonus content.

How do I enable closed captions?
There is a speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of your screening.   Click on that icon and you can select your closed caption language.   Only English or Korean subtitles are available.
